Membership Renewal

The following instructions apply to both scouts and leaders renewing their annual membership online. See council website for pdf version of instructions for scouts and adults.

 ℹ  If you are requesting financial assistance through the council or are using a Wellcare voucher, please submit those forms to Scoutmaster, Committee Chair, or Treasurer who will get them signed and forwarded to council. See Forms page for form links and Leaders for who to submit the completed documents to.

(1) Login

At My.Scouting.org

(2) Select the Notice Icon

Found in the top right corner

 ℹ  If you are unable to find this notice, you can also get to renewals via "My Applications" page and the "My Renewals" tab.  If unable to find the renewal, please reach out to council office at 919-872-4884.

(3) Select pop up option

“Registration for <scout or leader> is expiring soon, click here to renew.”

(4) Review Information

Select “Go To Payment”

(5) Agree to the Terms & Conditions

(6) Confirm / Edit Scout Life subscription

If you would not like to receive Scout Life for $15 a year, please deselect the option.

(7) Enter / Confirm Credit Card info

(8) Select "Place Order"

(9) Select "Complete Registration"

You will receive a receipt over email, it should have the subject "OLR Auto Renewal Email Receipt". 

Adult leader renewal will be processed once approved by unit.
